“Sweet and Sour Catfish: Chinese Restaurant Project South” (working title)
Visual artist, Indigo Som, is in collaboration with CHSA to create and exhibit a new work about Chinese restaurants in the American South, along with interviews, research, and documentation of the restaurants. The exhibition will be on display February 2005 in the Stage Gallery. View Indigo’s weblog at www.indigosom.com that chronicles her project’s progress and share her research trip to the South.
